Description
Assembled is hiring an Application Security Engineer to lead security across its SaaS and AI products and infrastructure. The role owns threat modeling, secure design reviews, vulnerability management, secrets and dependency security, application security testing, incident response, secure engineering practices, and security assurance, while also shaping the security function and roadmap. The engineer will work with product managers and other engineers, use the company’s TypeScript, React, Go, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and other technologies, and may lead projects involving AI agents, automated dependency patching, and secure workforce integrations. The role requires at least three years of hands-on application security experience and strong software engineering fundamentals.
