Description
Augustus is hiring a Security Engineer to own security engineering across application, infrastructure, and incident response for its greenfield modern bank. The role partners with product and platform teams, builds security automation and detection workflows, hardens cloud and CI/CD systems, and leads remediation. It reports to the CISO and requires extensive hands-on security engineering experience, cloud and CI/CD expertise, production security automation, fintech or regulated-environment experience, and modern security tooling. The position is based in Berlin with three days per week in the office and offers a base salary of €100,000–€150,000 plus equity and benefits.
