Description
Brightspot is hiring a hands-on Security Engineer to protect its AI-powered content management platform. The role owns security projects from scoping through completion, investigates incidents and alerts, hardens cloud infrastructure, manages vulnerabilities and GRC tooling, conducts assessments, secures Infrastructure as Code workflows, and improves security monitoring and observability. It requires 7+ years of security engineering experience, cloud and DevOps expertise, networking and application security knowledge, and familiarity with AI tools. The position is hybrid, with on-site work at the Reston office two to three days per week, and offers a starting salary of $125,000 plus bonus potential and health, dental, and vision insurance.
