Kaizen is hiring its first dedicated security engineer to own end-to-end security architecture and compliance for its federal technology platform. The role covers AWS and Terraform controls, FedRAMP, CMMC, DoD Impact Levels, NIST 800-53, security supply chain, continuous compliance, and relationships with assessors and federal stakeholders. It is a hybrid position based in New York City, requiring candidates to reside in New York or commute to the office at least three times per week.
