Description
The role provides incident management, troubleshooting, patch management, service and change request support, system monitoring, collaboration with IT and cybersecurity teams, proactive security measures, and compliance documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, 1–5 years of IT or cybersecurity experience, AWS cloud-native security knowledge, practical experience with listed security technologies, networking and firewall knowledge, and Singapore citizenship due to project sensitivity.
