Neuralink is hiring a Security Engineer to combine IT Security Operations and Product Security in an individual-contributor role embedded with the Software team. The position covers security operations, incident response, detection and automation, infrastructure hardening, threat modeling, secure code reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation across implant firmware, surgical robotics, BCI, cloud services, and other products. Candidates need hands-on security engineering, incident-response, and strong technical fundamentals; preferred qualifications include cloud, embedded, firmware, regulated-environment, automation, and security-research experience. The anticipated base salary is $123,000–$230,000 USD, with equity and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
