Description
OnMed is hiring a hands-on Security Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate security across cloud, application, network, endpoint, and physical infrastructure for its healthcare access platform and CareStation devices. The role is centered on Microsoft Azure and Entra/M365 security, network and firewall architecture, XDR/SIEM operations, incident response, application security review, automation, and compliance evidence for frameworks such as SOC 2, HITRUST, FedRAMP, and HIPAA. The position is hybrid, based on a fast-paced regulated healthcare environment, with a base salary of $130,000 to $140,000 plus benefits.
