TENEX is hiring a Security Engineer to design, implement, and optimize security controls across its IT infrastructure and customer environments. The role covers firewalls, EDR, SIEM, MFA, Zero Trust, system hardening, security gap assessments, customer security support, SOC collaboration, security policy development, DevOps security integration, security-as-code, API automation, and automated incident response. It requires at least two years of progressive IT experience, including two years in cybersecurity operations or engineering, along with hands-on experience with security tools, cloud security, DevOps practices, and scripting. The position requires four days onsite in Overland Park, Kansas.
