Description

Truelogic is hiring a hands-on Security Engineer to red-team and continuously improve an AI product and infrastructure. The role focuses on identifying and reproducing vulnerabilities across agents, APIs, identity, memory, permissions, data flows, and cloud systems; triaging risks; hardening production systems; and building lightweight monitoring and defensive security practices. Candidates should have application, product, cloud, or offensive security experience, strong engineering and coding ability, familiarity with AI/LLM security, and be located in Latin America. The position is 100% remote and offers USD compensation, paid time off, and autonomy.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in application, product, cloud, or offensive security
Hands-on vulnerability identification, exploitation, debugging, and remediation
Experience red-teaming LLM or agent systems, building automated security testing infrastructure, or securing sensitive identity, memory, permissions, or user data
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AI/LLM security risks and interest in securing agentic systems
Pragmatic judgment in applying security best practices and determining when deeper investigation is warranted
