Figure is hiring a senior, hands-on Corporate Security Engineer for its Security & Privacy team in San Jose, California. The role focuses on endpoint hardening across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS; device and application access controls; authentication, RBAC, and access lifecycle design; SaaS and third-party security governance; application posture and vulnerability management; and threat modeling. The engineer will work primarily in Python, Bash, or PowerShell, use configuration-as-code and CI/CD, and develop depth in one of endpoint security, identity and access, or application access design. The position requires at least six years of corporate or enterprise security engineering experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. The US base salary range is $150,000 to $250,000 annually, with five days per week in-office collaboration.
