Description
Plaid is hiring a GRC Engineering Lead to define and build an automated, continuous security governance, risk, and compliance engineering function. The role owns the architecture and pipelines for controls, policies, evidence, continuous monitoring, risk dashboards, risk assessments, operational automation, policy-as-code, and AI-assisted workflows, while applying knowledge of SOC 2, ISO, NIST, FedRAMP 20x, and related frameworks. The position requires strong Python, SQL, AWS, Terraform, OPA/Rego, and data-visualization skills, along with experience owning internal tools and continuous controls monitoring.
