First Community Credit Union is hiring a Security Engineer I based at its Copperfield headquarters in Northwest Houston. The role leads information security strategy and maintains, designs, and implements firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, web application security infrastructure, and multi-site core network components. Responsibilities also include administering data security products, configuring and securing cloud services, and supporting detection, reporting, and incident investigation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience and industry-recognized certifications, three to five years of similar or related experience, and Palo Alto experience is desired.
