Description
Twilio is hiring a Security Engineer, Incident Response to lead technical response to security events across its global infrastructure, services, and applications. The role owns the incident lifecycle, conducts triage, containment, remediation, and post-incident improvements; documents incidents and runbooks; collaborates with R&D and business teams; and participates in on-call rotations and root-cause analyses. The position is remote and based in Ireland or the United Kingdom, with occasional travel for in-person meetings. Required qualifications include at least three years of security incident response experience in a production-cloud environment, cloud and SIEM/SOAR experience, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
