Description
Twilio is hiring a Security Engineer, Incident Response to lead technical response to security events across its global infrastructure, services, and applications. The role owns the incident lifecycle, conducts triage, containment, remediation, and post-incident improvements, documents runbooks and procedures, collaborates with engineering and business teams, and participates in on-call rotations and root-cause analyses. It requires at least three years of security incident response experience in a production-cloud environment, along with cloud, SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, and security automation expertise. The position is remote and based in Ireland or the United Kingdom, with occasional travel for meetings.
