Description
NCS is seeking a Security Engineer to support SIEM, EDR, PAM, patch, firewall, and other security platforms; validate detections; conduct IOC scans, log reviews, and threat hunting; investigate phishing, malware, suspicious logins, and account compromises; and support incident response from triage through containment, remediation, and post-incident improvement. The role requires knowledge of operating systems, networking, application architecture, cybersecurity principles, and hands-on experience with security tools and incident investigations. Preferred qualifications include stakeholder management, communication, coaching, analytical problem-solving, and relevant cybersecurity certifications.
