Description
NCS is seeking a Security Engineer to support SIEM, EDR, PAM, patch, firewall, and other security platforms; validate detections; conduct IOC scans, log reviews, and threat hunting; and respond to cybersecurity incidents through triage, containment, remediation, and post-incident improvement. The role also involves incident documentation, root-cause analysis, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing security monitoring. Candidates should have operating-system, networking, application-architecture, and cybersecurity knowledge, along with experience supporting phishing, malware, endpoint, login, or account-compromise investigations. Preferred qualifications include team-management, stakeholder communication, coaching, analytical problem-solving, and relevant cybersecurity certifications.
