ARQ is hiring its first Security Engineer based in Brazil to establish and grow the region's security function. The role combines application security, security operations, governance, risk, and compliance, with responsibilities spanning application security roadmaps, AI and agentic workflow guardrails, detection engineering, incident response, cloud security assessments, vendor due diligence, and mentoring engineers. The position requires at least seven years of information security experience, including building or maturing a security program, and offers a hybrid arrangement with three to four days in the office.
