Description
ARQ is hiring its first Security Engineer based in Brazil to establish and grow the security function across application security, security operations, and governance, risk, and compliance. The role supports threat modelling, secure code review, API and cloud security testing, AI and agentic workflow risk review, SIEM detection engineering, incident response, AWS and Kubernetes assessments, and vendor security reviews. Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant information security or closely related technical experience, cloud and Kubernetes familiarity, application security knowledge, SIEM exposure, and strong English communication. The position requires an office presence three to four days per week.
