Exness is hiring a Security Engineering & Technology Manager to lead the technology and systems supporting its Internal Security function, including CCTV, alarm systems, physical security equipment, video monitoring automation, mobile applications, and incident reporting. The role owns the security technology roadmap, integrates and automates systems, manages vendors and procurement, supports emergency response, and leads a team of Security Software Engineers and Security Engineers. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant technical experience, including 2+ years in engineering leadership or management, are required, while physical security experience is highly desirable.
