Description
SkySlope is hiring a Security Engineering Manager to build and lead a greenfield security engineering team. The role owns the security roadmap across identity, authorization, secrets, device standards, secure SDLC, logging, vulnerability disclosure, and AI governance; leads architecture and hands-on security work; hires and develops security engineers; partners with DevOps, IT, and product engineering; and applies AI to security review, triage, and detection. The position has 2–4 direct reports and requires senior or staff-level security, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience, modern cloud security expertise, strong coaching ability, and sound tooling judgment.
