Description
The Security Manager oversees daily operations of the hotel’s Security Control Room, monitors CCTV and security systems, manages access and lost-and-found items, conducts patrols and incident investigations, responds to emergencies, coordinates with emergency response teams and authorities, and trains security officers. The role requires at least four years of hotel security experience in a four- or five-star hotel, a minimum GCE ‘O’ level, relevant security and emergency-response certifications, and experience with crowd control, first aid, firefighting, and other security systems.
