Solidigm is hiring a Firmware Engineer to develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for Solid State Drives. The role involves C/C++/Rust development, low-level firmware and system architecture, NVMe, PCIe, SATA, and SAS interfaces, unit and system testing, failure analysis, and Agile/Kanban collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and at least five years of embedded firmware development experience. The position is hybrid and local to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with a salary range of 116,480–174,800 CAD and eligibility for RSUs, RCUs, and cash bonuses.
