Description
Diligent is hiring an Analyst II for its Trust & Assurance team to manage a high-volume queue of security questionnaires, third-party due diligence assessments, RFP security sections, and customer assurance requests. The role involves drafting responses with AI-assisted tooling, verifying answers against approved libraries and SOC 2 and ISO 27001 evidence, triaging requests, maintaining the answer library, building customer-facing trust-site content, and tracking quality and throughput metrics. Candidates need 2–4 years of experience in security GRC, compliance, IT audit, customer assurance, or a closely related function, along with strong written English, queue-management discipline, and the ability to escalate complex requests. The role follows a hybrid model requiring onsite work at least 50% of the time at a Diligent office location.
