Description
Kith is hiring a part-time Security Guard for its Chicago retail store. The role is responsible for monitoring entrances and the sales floor, checking employee bags and coats, preventing theft and fraud, managing lines and crowds during store operations and product releases, responding to safety or crisis situations, enforcing relevant building and government ordinances, and supporting basic retail housekeeping. The position requires a valid state security guard license or guard card, flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and releases, and the ability to communicate effectively, de-escalate conflicts, stand and walk for long periods, and lift 25 pounds.
