Description
Apleona is hiring several full-time or part-time Security Guards for industrial site security in Freiburg, starting immediately. The role involves property and industrial site security, access control, monitoring, key management, site inspections, security processes, and enforcement of house rules. The contract requires at least 164 hours per month and pays 15.14 euros per hour under collective bargaining. Candidates must pass a competency assessment under § 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act, have access- and security-technology experience, be willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, demonstrate de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills, have good German, and provide a clean criminal record certificate; a first-aid course is desirable.
