Description
Paladin Security is hiring a full-time Security Guard for on-site work in Toronto, Ontario, with 8- to 12-hour rotating shifts and a pay rate of $18.40 to $22.16 per hour. The role supports client-site safety through patrols, emergency response, alarm handling, crisis de-escalation, visitor and employee assistance, lost-and-found inquiries, and first aid. Applicants must hold a valid Ontario security license, First Aid and CPR Level C certification, proof of two COVID-19 vaccine doses, English fluency, and Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior certifications; training costs are covered with a six-month commitment. Previous security, law enforcement, or related experience is preferred, and benefits include paid time off, dental coverage, overtime pay, on-the-job training, and unionized benefits.
