Description
The Security Guard will maintain a safe and secure environment at the Gettysburg Grocery location and other assigned Homefull facilities. Responsibilities include monitoring and patrolling premises, controlling building access, responding to incidents and emergencies, documenting activity, enforcing safety policies, inspecting facilities, reporting hazards, coordinating with emergency responders, and supporting customers and staff. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior security experience preferred, a valid driver license, reliable transportation, strong observation and communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform physical duties and work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
