Pilgrim’s is hiring a third-shift Security Guard in Russellville, Alabama, to monitor plant traffic, inspect trailers, check temperatures and gates, weigh trailers, answer after-hours switchboard calls, bill loads, and perform other security and plant-safety duties. The role requires English proficiency, physical ability to work outdoors and indoors, independent work, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or GED; security experience is a plus. The schedule is 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning after 60 days and a base salary of $29,787.00 to $33,510.60 paid biweekly.
