MANTECH is hiring a full-time Security Guard, also described as a Senior Security Specialist, for an onsite role in Yigo, Guam. The position guards and patrols command premises, manages access control and entry-point tracking, evaluates emergency responses, coordinates physical protection and perimeter security, conducts security assessments, implements blast-protection and tactical controls, and mentors subordinate staff. Applicants must hold a high school diploma or related field, 10+ years of position-relevant experience for the senior level, and an active Secret Clearance; professional security credentials and expeditionary security leadership experience are preferred.
