MSS Security GmbH is hiring a security guard for facility security and site protection. The role includes gate and reception service, patrols, guarding sensitive buildings and facilities, and supporting order and security. It is performed in a shift model covering Monday through Friday from 17:00 to 08:00 and 24-hour guarding on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The position pays €15.14 or €15.94 per hour depending on applicable §34 GewO status, plus night and special-time allowances, and offers training, certifications, employee discounts, and a structured onboarding process. Mandatory requirements include instruction under §34a GewO, a Class B driver’s license, responsibility and reliability, a friendly appearance, service-oriented working style, at least B1 German, and willingness to work nights and weekends.
