Description
Pond is hiring a security guard to perform entry and access controls, site and plant protection, preventive patrols, reception, service, and gatekeeping duties, and to document incidents and prepare reports. The role requires German and English language skills, a clean police record, shift-work willingness, weapon proficiency under Section 7 of the Weapons Act, and a Class B driver’s license; Class C1 is preferred. Compensation is €23.39–€23.97 gross per hour, with service clothing, onboarding, discounts, and development opportunities.
