Security Guard at Urban Pathways

Urban Pathways is hiring a Security Guard to protect clients, residents, and staff while supporting fire safety, access control, visitor screening, CCTV and alarm monitoring, incident documentation, medication monitoring, crisis de-escalation, and emergency response. The role reports to the Director of Operations or Operations Supervisor, requires a security license and the ability to obtain fire safety and CPR/AED certification, and includes a flexible schedule with weekends, holidays, and evenings.
