Security Guard at Urban Pathways

Urban Pathways is hiring a Security Guard to protect clients, residents, and staff at its programs and facilities. The role combines fire safety and security operations, access control, CCTV and fire-alarm monitoring, visitor screening, incident documentation, medication-log support, resident behavior monitoring, crisis de-escalation, emergency response, and front-desk duties. The position requires a security license, fire safety certification or the ability to obtain it within six months, and CPR, First Aid, and AED training or the ability to obtain it within three months; a high school diploma or GED and one to two years of security experience are preferred.
