Description
The Security Guard provides on-call night and weekend coverage at senior and multifamily residential buildings in Astoria and Corona. The role monitors access, surveillance, building activity, emergencies, and deliveries; provides customer service; maintains records; and responds to alarms and incidents. It is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position paying $17.00, with various shifts and possible double shifts, and requires a New York State Security Guard License, a high school diploma or GED, and 6 months to 1 year of security guard experience.
