The Arlington of Naples is recruiting a PRN Security Guard for its Plant Operations department. The role combines front-line security, visitor and contractor access control, patrols, incident response, and emergency medical response with a strong hospitality and customer-service focus. The position requires flexible scheduling, strong decision-making, English communication, basic arithmetic, and ongoing training in first response and emergency preparedness; a Class D Security License is preferred. The role involves light to moderate physical effort, exposure to the elements, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
