The Arlington of Naples is recruiting a PRN Security Guard for its Plant Operations department. The role combines front-line security, visitor and contractor access control, patrols, incident response, and emergency medical response with a strong hospitality focus. The position requires flexible scheduling, strong decision-making and communication skills, customer service orientation, and willingness to participate in first-response and emergency-preparedness training; a Class D Security License is preferred. The work involves light to moderate physical effort, exposure to the elements, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
