Description

SBI Card is hiring a security incident management professional to develop and run the end-to-end information security incident lifecycle program. The role oversees incident monitoring, triage, investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, forensic evidence, regulatory reporting to the Reserve Bank of India, playbook and crisis-plan development, audits, metrics, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement across on-premises and cloud environments. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, strong information security and incident response experience, knowledge of SIEM, DLP, network security, threat frameworks, BFSI regulations, and an industry certification such as CEH, CHFI, or GIAC.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Required Previous Experiences: Significant information security and security incident response experience
Experience handling phishing, denial-of-service, malware, and unauthorized-access incidents
Experience or strong working knowledge of SIEM, DLP, and incident-response workflow technologies
Preferred Qualifications: Industry experience in BFSI, NBFC, e-commerce, IT/ITES, or telecommunications
Industry certification such as CEH, CHFI, or GIAC
Knowledge of CERT/SIRT operations and/or the MITRE ATT&CK framework
Experience participating in security incident response audits
Experience developing cyber crisis plans and conducting crisis-management drills
