Description
Tailscale is hiring a Software Engineer, Security and Infrastructure to join its product security team. The role designs and builds security controls across cloud platforms, operating systems, Kubernetes, networks, and CI/CD; improves security and privacy features; audits infrastructure; and supports threat modeling and security analysis. The engineer will spend 25–50% of the time writing software and should have expertise in cloud security, container and orchestration security, authentication and authorization, web security, Go, and infrastructure-as-code tools. The position offers a US base salary of $163,000–$204,000, equity, benefits, and a remote-first work arrangement.
