Description
The Cyber Security Infrastructure Specialist will work for NATO’s Communications and Information Agency in Mons, Belgium, supporting the NATO Cyber Security Centre’s lifecycle management of cybersecurity. The role focuses on implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and automating next-generation firewalls and other network security devices, managing firewall policies and cross-domain security systems, troubleshooting security infrastructure, and participating in incident triage. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with two years of post-related experience, or an alternative six-year extensive and progressive cybersecurity expertise route, along with substantial security infrastructure, firewall, network security, and vulnerability-mitigation experience. The position offers a five-year contract, tax-free salary, household and children’s allowances, private health insurance, annual leave, and a NATO pension scheme.
