Description
Maximus Global Services is hiring a Security Lead to support daily airport security operations at Dulles International Airport. The role coordinates assigned security officers, maintains post coverage, monitors compliance, conducts post checks, provides briefings, guides newly assigned officers, reports incidents and staffing issues, maintains shift records, and performs assigned security duties. The position is full-time or part-time, pays $20.36 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of customer service experience at an airport or similar entity, a background check and drug test, computer literacy, English proficiency, and eligibility for a CBP seal and airport ID.
