Description
Alan is hiring a Security Lead to build and lead its security team across 10+ countries in a regulated health-insurance environment. The role owns AI security, ISO 27001 and multi-regulatory compliance, security risk and vendor assessments, and security strategy aligned with Legal, DPO, Risk, Engineering, Product, and Operations. Candidates need proven security-team leadership, ISO 27001 certification experience, knowledge of DORA, HDS, RGPD, NIS2, and PGSSI-S, AI security expertise, and English fluency; French is a plus. The position is legally eligible for France and offers remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration valued.
