Description
Marksman Security is hiring Security Site Managers to oversee security personnel and maintain secure sites in Northbrook, Northfield, and Glencoe. The role serves as an on-site liaison with clients, coordinates staffing and schedules, reviews security reports, inspects posts, supports security planning and assessments, and leads staff development and corrective actions. Candidates need at least two years of security supervision or leadership experience, an Illinois PERC and driver’s license, security equipment and protocol experience, and availability for flexible or on-call schedules. Compensation is $22.00-$25.00 per hour, with medical, vision, and dental insurance among the benefits.
