NTT DATA is hiring an on-site Security Managed Services Engineer (L2) to provide second-line managed services for client security infrastructure. The role focuses on monitoring, investigating, and resolving medium-complexity security incidents and requests, maintaining and optimizing SIEM systems, supporting incident response, conducting forensic investigations, documenting procedures, coordinating with security teams and vendors, and developing automation workflows. Candidates need at least four years of SOC experience with Splunk, two years of hands-on Splunk experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent IT/Computing qualification, and an active CEH certification.
