Description

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Security Manager to oversee security contracts, supervisors, and staff at assigned client sites. The role is responsible for account performance, service quality, budgets, staffing coverage, safety and security procedures, emergency response, compliance, training, payroll-related administration, client relationships, and business growth. Candidates need at least two years of experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV, and access-control systems, including one year in a security-industry management role, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and required state licensing. Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree and/or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or accepted as an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 2 years of experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems, and access-control computer systems.
At least 1 year of the required experience must be in a security-industry management position.
Successful background investigation required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must satisfy all applicable state, county, and municipal security licensing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Site-specific certifications, skills, or authorizations preferred where applicable.
