Description
The Security Director will lead and support the resort’s security, prevention, and protection strategies, including emergency management, security policies, access control, patrols, staff training and scheduling, contractor oversight, equipment and alarm-system operation, incident investigation, and coordination with resort brigades and external stakeholders. The role requires advanced English, emergency-response and first-aid knowledge, security and property-protection expertise, and at least two to four years of experience in a similar position at a five-star hotel, five-diamond property, or luxury development.
