Buffalo City Mission is hiring a full-time Manager of Security for its women’s shelter in Buffalo, New York. The role oversees security plans, risk assessments, access control, surveillance, alarm systems, outsourced security personnel, incident response, investigations, compliance, and security audits. It requires on-call availability outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and pays $23.00-$24.00 per hour. A bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field and relevant certifications are preferred, while an active New York State Guard License and security-management experience are required.
