Description
Dexterra is hiring an on-site Security Manager to lead the 24/7 physical-security program for a large workforce accommodation campus supporting more than 4,000 residents, employees, contractors and visitors. Reporting to the Hub General Manager, the role oversees contract security teams, access and badging, traffic control, incident response and investigations, security-system operations, risk assessments, training, and stakeholder relationships. The position requires at least five years of progressively responsible physical-security experience, including three years leading a large site or similar operation, and the ability to work on site, including outside normal hours when needed.
