Description
The role leads country-level security operations and people management, adapting global security standards to the country organization and directing implementation through country management. It serves as the exclusive security advisor, supervises security nominees, defines organizational structure and performance targets, develops KPIs, manages resources and staff development, and supports succession planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field, at least five years of logistics industry experience, experience managing security operations across multiple sites, English proficiency, and familiarity with access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and guard-force management.
