Description
The Manager of Security is a full-time, FLSA-exempt role reporting to the Director of Security and working with flight operations, airport personnel, regulatory agencies, and security vendors. The position leads the Ground Security Coordinator program, manages security training and credentials, supports TSA audits and investigations, maintains compliance documentation, and responds to security incidents. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience in flight or airport operations with large turbine aircraft, and the ability to obtain required airport credentials; a bachelor's degree in a related field and prior aviation security experience are preferred.
