GeoSpectrum Technologies is hiring an experienced Security Manager for a permanent, full-time, onsite role in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Compliance and Assets, the role leads physical security and government security compliance programs, oversees access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, alarms, and perimeter protection, manages personnel and visitor access, conducts audits and risk assessments, investigates security incidents, and coordinates with government and external stakeholders. The position also serves as the Alternate Company Security Officer and supports Controlled Goods Program compliance. Candidates need a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree, at least five years of physical security management experience in regulated or government-contract environments, and eligibility to obtain Canadian Controlled Goods and Canadian Government Security clearances.
